The Architecture of Healing

The concept of “Root to Rise” refers to the practice of establishing a stable grounded foundation in one’s values and beliefs in order to allow yourself to rise and grow from this base to your full potential. Root to Rise Healing values a holistic and creative approach to therapy that fosters a person centered, non-stigmatizing space to explore and expand into yourself. Together we can utilize storytelling, radical self love, and curiosity toward the human experience to assist in your healing journey.
